3. Changes to the Purpose of Using Personal Information

Our shop will not handle personal information beyond the scope necessary for achieving the purpose of use without the consent of the customer, except as permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations. However, the following cases are exceptions:

1. When based on laws and regulations
2. When it is necessary for the protection of a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the customer's consent
3. When it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children, and it is difficult to obtain the customer's consent
4. When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, local government, or a person entrusted by them in performing the duties prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the customer's consent may interfere with the performance of those duties

5. Proper Acquisition of Personal Information

Our shop will acquire personal information properly and will not acquire it by false or other wrongful means.

6. Safe Management of Personal Information

Our shop will supervise its employees as necessary and appropriate to ensure the safe management of personal information against risks such as loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage. When outsourcing the handling of personal information in whole or in part, our shop will supervise the outsourcee as necessary and appropriate to ensure the safe management of personal information.

7. Provision to Third Parties

Our shop will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the customer, except as permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations. However, the following cases do not constitute provision to third parties:

1. When providing personal information in connection with the outsourcing of all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary for achieving the purpose of use
2. When personal information is provided due to business succession through mergers or other reasons
3. When personal information is used jointly in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act

8. Disclosure of Personal Information

When a customer requests disclosure of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, our shop will disclose it to the customer without delay after confirming that the request is from the customer himself/herself (if the personal information does not exist, we will notify to that effect). However, this does not apply if our shop is not obligated to disclose it under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

9. Correction of Personal Information

When a customer requests correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "Correction") of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act due to the reason that the personal information is not true, our shop will conduct the necessary investigation without delay within the scope necessary for achieving the purpose of use after confirming that the request is from the customer himself/herself, and based on the results, will perform the Correction of the personal information and notify the customer to that effect (if we decide not to perform the Correction, we will notify the customer to that effect). However, this does not apply if our shop is not obligated to perform the Correction under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

10. Suspension of Use of Personal Information

When a customer requests suspension or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use") of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act due to the reason that the personal information is handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use announced in advance or that it was acquired by false or other wrongful means, and it is found that there is a reason for the request, our shop will conduct the Suspension of Use of the personal information without delay after confirming that the request is from the customer himself/herself and notify the customer to that effect. However, this does not apply if our shop is not obligated to perform the Suspension of Use under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

11. Use of Cookies and Other Technologies

Our shop's services may use cookies and similar technologies. These technologies help us understand the usage status of our services and contribute to improving them. Users who wish to disable cookies can do so by changing their web browser settings. However, if cookies are disabled, some functions of our shop's services may not be available.
