Except in cases where there is a defect in the product, cancellations, returns, or exchanges after order confirmation are not accepted. In the event that a defective product is delivered, we will promptly replace it, so please contact us for assistance. Please note that cancellations cannot be accepted even if the shipping notification by email has not been received, as we have already arranged the product inventory. Please understand this in advance.
Returns and exchanges (product defects):
- Defects in the product (such as tears, holes, damage/defects in parts)
- Noticeable significant stains or spots on the product
- The delivered product is different from the one ordered (including differences in color/size)
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please provide the following details and contact us via the inquiry form. Our staff will promptly assist you.
- Purchaser's name
- Order number
- Details of the product defect
- Photos of the defective areas
Exclusions from returns and exchanges:
- Imperfections such as loose threads, scratches, stains, or inadequate finishing that are not noticeable or do not pose a problem when using, including linings
- Wrinkles or creases that can be repaired with an iron
- Order mistakes due to customer negligence
- Differences in color or size perception compared to the image
- Items worn outside
- Items washed more than once
- Items received more than 3 days ago
- Items without name tags, plastic bags in which the product was received, etc.
Please note that items in the above conditions are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges, so please review your order carefully before placing it.
